Delete only online data
Open Settings → Online Rankings, turn it off, and confirm Disable & Delete Online Data. This removes the anonymous Firebase account and its leaderboard entries while preserving local progress.
Delete online data and local progress
Open Settings → Delete Account & Progress, then confirm Delete. This removes the anonymous Firebase account and its leaderboard entries, then clears local campaign, ladder, Daily Challenge, Mastery, Lock Pick, cosmetic, achievement, alias, and settings data from that device.
If you cannot use the in-app control
- Email [email protected].
- Use the subject Delete Tap the Safe Data.
- Include your vault alias and use Settings → Copy Anonymous Player ID before deleting the app, if available.
- We will confirm receipt and may request information needed to locate the anonymous account. Support cannot locate an anonymous account from an email address alone.
Important
Deleting game data does not erase Apple's transaction record. An eligible Premium purchase may remain restorable through the App Store. Apple may retain transaction records for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.
