Tap the Safe

Reset local progress

Inside the app, open Settings → Reset Progress. This clears local gameplay progress and settings from that device.

Delete online data

  1. Email [email protected].
  2. Use the subject Delete Tap the Safe Data.
  3. Include your display name and anonymous player ID from Settings, if available.
  4. We will confirm receipt and may request information needed to locate the anonymous account.
Important

Deleting game data does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions in Apple account settings. Apple and RevenueCat may retain transaction records for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.
