These Terms govern use of Tap the Safe. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable terms.

The game

Tap the Safe is an entertainment puzzle game. Features, balance, rewards, leaderboards, and availability may change. We may correct errors, remove abusive content, invalidate unfair scores, or suspend features when reasonably necessary.

Acceptable use

You may not cheat, automate play, manipulate device time or network requests, exploit bugs, impersonate others, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access. We may remove scores or restrict online access for abuse or fraud.

Aliases and leaderboards

The app lets you choose a vault alias or accept a generated suggestion. If you enable Online Rankings, your alias, cosmetic, and score may be visible inside the app. Do not use a real name, personal information, an impersonating identity, or objectionable language. You authorize us to display that alias and gameplay information as needed to operate the leaderboards. Global rankings contain real players rather than simulated competitors. Players may report or block other player entries, and we may remove or restrict objectionable or abusive activity.

Premium purchase

Apple processes the one-time Premium purchase through your App Store account. Premium is a non-consumable purchase that permanently unlocks the benefits described on the purchase screen for this app, including unlimited Lock Picks and the included premium cosmetics. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Prices vary by storefront and region, and the price shown by Apple at confirmation controls.

Purchase approval, billing, refunds, and transaction records are handled by Apple except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a transaction is refunded or revoked, the related entitlement may be removed.

Virtual items

Lock Picks, cosmetics, achievements, streaks, scores, and rankings have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are licensed only for use in the app.

Ownership

The app, designs, sounds, text, code, and artwork are owned by or licensed to Shissou. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app as intended.

Availability and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. Online services may be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shissou is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
