These Terms govern use of Tap the Safe. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s applicable terms.

The game

Tap the Safe is an entertainment puzzle game. Features, balance, rewards, leaderboards, and availability may change. We may correct errors, remove abusive content, or suspend features when reasonably necessary.

Acceptable use

You may not cheat, automate play, manipulate device time or network requests, exploit bugs, impersonate others, submit offensive or personal information, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access. We may remove scores or restrict online access for abuse or fraud.

Player names and leaderboards

Display names and scores may be visible inside the app. You are responsible for your name. Players may report or hide names, and we may remove objectionable content.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apple processes purchases through your App Store account. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple account settings. Any trial converts to the displayed paid subscription unless canceled before it ends. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

Consumable energy refills are not restorable after use. Non-consumable cosmetics and active subscription benefits may be restored. Prices vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple except where law requires otherwise.

Virtual items

Energy, cosmetics, achievements, streaks, scores, and rankings have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are licensed only for use in the app.

Ownership

The app, designs, sounds, text, code, and artwork are owned by or licensed to Shissou. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app as intended.

Availability and liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Online services may be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shissou is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
